Refund policy

At Shine Boutique, we want you to feel confident and happy with every purchase. If something isn’t quite right, you’re welcome to return your item within 14 days of receiving it. We kindly ask that all returns are sent back within 14 days of receiving the item, and that items are in their original condition, unworn, with tags attached.

Once your return has been received and checked, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 14 days.

If your item arrives damaged or there’s an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will happily offer a store credit or an alternative resolution, and we’ll always do our best to make things right quickly and with care.
